W2W No More Frogs

In Brazil, "swallow a frog" means accepting injustices without complaint. Inspired by this, we created the 2024 Women to Watch campaign, which evolved into a social movement for gender equality in the workplace. Observing that, in nature, the most colorful frogs are the most toxic, we developed a striking visual system to share real stories of women overcoming challenges in the corporate world. The campaign sparked strong engagement, with women sharing their experiences on social media and at the live event. Women to Watch, led by Meio & Mensagem, has honored over 150 female leaders since 2013, reinforcing its role in empowering women in Brazil.
